THE PROCESS (per room)

CONSULTATION

Let the Journey Begin…

  • *FREE* Initial Discovery Call: (15-20 min): First contact to learn about your project.
  • *FREE* In-home Discovery Visit: (30-60 min): To more thoroughly discuss your vision, needs, likes and goals. May include completion of an in-depth style questionnaire preliminary assessment of your living space.
  • *FREE* Design Proposal: Upon completion of the above, our Designer will provide you with a written Design Proposal. It’s a step-by-step plan for your project. It will detail the scope of your project, review your goals, and most importantly, explain how we propose to achieve those goals and the projected cost. 
  • Decision to Hire: If you like what you hear & read and wish to proceed, a deposit will move the process forward.

 

DESIGN PHASE

We Go to Work… 

  • Selection Process (6-10 hr workroom time): From our exclusive trade-only resources and industry relationships, we proceed to select the furniture, paint, wallpaper, fabrics, lighting & plumbing fixtures, decor & accessories, architectural details, tile, finishes, window treatments, hardwood flooring, carpeting & rugs, artwork and everything else needed to realize your vision.
  • Putting it All Together (3-4 hr workroom time): Next we create a Concept Board and Floor Plan of your space featuring the chosen furnishings. We also produce 3D-Static (single perspective) and optional 3D-Dynamic (multi-positional) “Real-Life” Renderings of your room for even better realistic visualization of precisely how everything will look when completed.
  • Investment (1-3 hr workroom time): The cost of any construction (labor + materials) needed to renovate your space and cost of all curated furnishings & selections will be finalized at this time as well.

PRESENTATION

The Excitement Builds… 

  • The Plan Unveiled (1-3 hr): Returning to your home, we’re excited to share with you, your Complete Design Plan, virtual renderings and all! We’ll explain the reasons behind our choices and answer any questions you have.
  • Show & Tell: During this meeting, we’ll also bring samples of the actual fabrics, finishes & paint colors for you to personally see, touch & feel.
  • Decision Time: If all is up to your liking, just say the word & we’re ready to move to the next phase. However, if there’s anything you’d like to tweak or change, no problem! Up to two (2) design plan revisions are included.

RENOVATION, INSTALL & REVEAL

The Fun Finally Starts… 

  • Procurement (4-6 hr workroom time): Upon your final approval and payment of all goods selected, we again go to work for you. We submit all orders and track their fulfillment. We also coordinate all shipments and are on-site to receive & inspect all deliveries.
  • Ancillary Services: (? hr, variable) At the same time, if any construction or remodeling is needed, we provide, coordinate and schedule all subcontractors (e.g. plumbers, electricians, painters). To ensure quality and your timeline, we also personally oversee all their work and supervise their progress.
  • The Finishing Touch (4-8 hr): Finally, when the dust has settled and all furnishings have arrived, our team goes to work, professionally styling your space in the image of the design plan.
  • The Final Reveal: Your Dream is a Reality!

PROFESSIONAL FEE SCHEDULE:

  • Single Room Designs: Starting at $3,800 (NOT including cost of construction or furnishings)
  • Discounts offered for Multiple Room Designs & Whole-Home Projects
