THE PROCESS

The Benefits of “Designer-by-the-Day” vs our other services:

  • You Get The BEST: By securing time with our design experts in blocks of either six (6) or ten (10) hours, you’ll have time sufficient to meet your needs and you’ll get a discount off our standard hourly rate.
  • Flexibility: Use the hours when and where you need them. While we can spend an entire day with you (6-8 hours), you also have the option of using the hours over several days or weeks as you see fit! (2 hr minimum per “in-person” session / 1 hr minimum per “virtual” session)
  • Preferred Status: Once a client, you’re always a valued member of our design family. Whether to continue a current project or start a new one, purchase additional blocks of time within six (6) months of your initial session for continued savings!
  • Still Have Questions?: But what if after your completed session you still have a few additional questions or need just a little more advice but don’t need another full 6 or 10 hours? Book a “virtual” one (1) hour remote consultation (via phone call, Zoom, or similar) with our Principle Designer for ONLY $125.

  • Discovery Call/Visit: No Charge
  • Start with an Initial 2-hour Consultation: $450
    • Additional Time: $200/hr
  • or… Start saving right away with the purchase of an upfront block of time at substantial savings off our usual hourly rate (Call for details)
  • Travel Expenses:
    • Within Service Area (< 35 mi): No Charge
    • Beyond Service Area (>35 mi): Please Call

  • *Savings are off our standard consulting rate of $125/hr.
  • Professional Fees MUST be paid-in-full at time appointment is scheduled.
  • Cancellation Policy: Fees refunded IN FULL if cancellation notification provided with a minimum 48 hours advance notice PRIOR to scheduled appointment. NO REFUNDS for cancellations of less than 48 hours advance notice.
  • ALL Consultations are verbal in nature. You may take notes and we may provide supporting written materials and/or printed brochures as applicable. Consultation fees do NOT include Concept Boards, Floor Plans, Elevation Drawings, any 3D-Renderings, Shopping Lists or Samples.
